Zirconia Solid

DBS Lab’s Solid Zirconia Crown and Bridge offering delivers exceptional strength and durability for dental restorations. These all-ceramic solutions provide excellent aesthetics with their natural translucency, closely mimicking the look of real teeth. With precise margin preparations and advanced polishing, both our Zirconia Crown and Bridge restorations minimize wear on opposing teeth while ensuring a secure fit. Choose DBS Lab for high-quality solid zirconia crowns and bridges that combine both functionality and aesthetics.

Zirconia offers flexural strength comparable to traditional PFM restorations while maintaining vibrant, natural translucency.

Zirconia Solid is 100% metal-free, preventing gingival darkening and eliminating the risk of visible metal margins if gum recession occurs. The material naturally transmits the color of adjacent teeth and can be easily matched to any shade. Zirconia Solid is also one of the strongest restorations, ideal for patients with bruxing or grinding issues. Thanks to CAD/CAM technology, it guarantees a precise marginal fit and can reduce chair time significantly. Traditional cementation is recommended, eliminating the need for bonding.
